Induce deep relaxation of body and mind, and prepare yourself  for pranayama via a practise of restorative Iyengar asana. These online Iyengar Yoga classes are a great way to tune in with your breath and body, as well as to start the weekend renewed.                           

We relax best when we feel secure. At a physical level, the muscles can only really let go when the body feels fully supported. This is the reason behind the use of props during these sessions, too.
