¡Hola mundo!

Hello everyone! I’m Rosana Fiore, and I’m excited to welcome you to my virtual corner, where I hope you feel how the magic of Iyengar yoga intertwines with my passion for teaching and connecting with people from all over the world.

I was born in Argentina, my heart is Italian and I am currently based in the vibrant city of London, so my life has been a constant journey of exploration and curiosity for different cultures, people and places. That mix of diversity and connection with the human soul is what you will find in every corner of my mat.

As a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, my purpose is to share the incredible benefits of the practice and reflect them in every area of our lives, because the energy you feel when practicing yoga is something so real and tangible that I can’t keep it to myself.

I’ve been organizing events and retreats in hidden forests outside London and on the relaxing beaches of Greece for over 10 years. The result? An amazing community of people with common interests around wellness. After each experience, you inevitably feel a deep connection with everyone and everything around you- impossible to describe.

My group Iyengar-Yoga classes go beyond just doing postures. Everyone gets personalized attention within a welcoming and inclusive environment. Safety is key for me, and my focus is on details, precision, alignment and practical adjustments. Together we will see the process in progress.

I want each session to be a journey of organic growth for everyone. It is not just about moving the body, but about consciously engaging with our physical and mental well-being. To achieve this, my secret weapon is humour. You will find that by mixing laughter with the seriousness of the practice we will create a perfect harmony.

So, whether you are an experienced yogi or a curious novice, I am here for us to learn together. I look forward to sharing every step with you.
